The International Development Association (IDA) will disburse the full amount via a $182m loan and a $91m outright grant. In detail, Niger is the largest beneficiary of the project with $81m, ahead of Burkina Faso ($75m), Togo ($72m) and Benin ($45m). The funds will be released on a gradual basis between 2020 and 2026.
