Freezes on hiring and early retirement, transfers from one country to another, the cancellation of the entrance examinations for the aviation school of the Agency for Air Navigation Safety (ASECNA) in Africa and Madagascar’s full-time education programmes, and, more symbolically, the requirement for all members of senior management (director general, financial controller, accounting officer, chief of staff to the director general, etc.) to travel in economy class through 31 December 2020.
