Plans for the water treatment complex known as KMS3 are becoming ever more concrete. On the cards for several years now, the project, which aims to supply Dakar from a plant at Keur Momar Sarr in the north of the country, has just reached a new stage with the awarding of the contract for the Mekhe 2 pumping station.
