Headed since 1 December 2019 by Ursula von der Leyen, the European Commission is reorganising its Directorate-General for International Cooperation and Development (DEVCO), led by Commissioner Jutta Urpilainen and managed by Koen Doens, and adopting the name Directorate-General (DG) for International Partnerships.
