United Mining Supply (UMS) International is making every effort to bring the takeover of the Alteo refinery near Marseille to a successful conclusion. In financial difficulty, the entity went into administration at the beginning of January 2020, and a decision concerning its future must be made on 8 December, as we exclusively revealed on 17 November.
