The Dutch NGO Milieudefensie—Friends of the Earth Netherlands—representing members of communities living near palm oil plantations belonging to the Luxembourg group Société financière des caoutchoucs (Socfin), filed a complaint on 2 June with Assurance Services International (ASI) in Germany against the American auditor SCS Global Services.
