Moneim Boussarsar selects BNA Capitaux to list STA on the Tunis Stock Exchange

The stock market intermediary BNA Capitaux, a subsidiary of the state-controlled Banque Nationale Agricole (BNA), is finalizing the IPO of the Société tunisienne d’automobiles (STA), the exclusive dealer of the Chinese manufacturer Chery, headed by Moneim Boussarsar.

BNA Capitaux  Director Mondher Lakhal favours an OPV (public offer of sale). The quantity of shares made available to potential investors and its unit price are still under discussion. Contacted by Jeune Afrique Business+, neither BNA Capitaux nor STA would give more details.
