For CDG Invest PME—formerly CDG Capital Private Equity—the investment followed its usual cycle of five years in Techniques Science-Santé (T2S), the Moroccan company specialising in the distribution and maintenance of medical and high-tech equipment. The Moroccan private equity firm invested in T2S—and its subsidiaries IM Alliance, Cyclopharma and Binarios—in 2016 via its Capmezzanine II fund, which was endowed with €40 million at the time.
