To begin the new drive, Mangalis Hotel Group (MHG), based in Dakar, is banking on the Côte d’Ivoire. At the beginning of the week, the hotelier made a “soft opening” of its new 5-star establishment, the Noom Hotel Abidjan Plateau, in the economic capital.
