All the stakeholders—Wärtsilä, the Gabonese Strategic Investment Fund (FGIS), the Société d’énergie et d’eau du Gabon (SEEG), Gabon Power Company (GPC) and Orinko, owned by GPC and Wärtsilä Development & Financial Services (WDFS)—are meeting in Libreville to sign the concession agreement for the Owendo thermal power plant.
