As part of the agreements—still subject to the approval of the CIMA, Cemac and Central Bank of Guinea supervisory authorities—the NSIA Group is acquiring Sanlam‘s life subsidiaries in Togo and Gabon and its non-life subsidiaries in Congo and Guinea, four jurisdictions in which it is already present.
