Xi’an XD Transformer and Tebian Electric Apparatus Stock Co (TBEA) have won the contract led by Côte d’Ivoire Energies (CI-Energies), worth just over $21 million, ahead of their compatriots Shandong Takai Power Engineering/Huapeng, CMEC and Shanghai Siyuan Electric (Sieyuan).
