Freterium retained the law firm, Orrick, to support its fundraising. The Californian firm has a strong presence in Europe and is regularly involved in Africa. Recently, Orrick helped the Nigerian company Metro Africa Xpress (leasing two-wheelers) in a series B round of $31 million.
