Awarded the 15-year concession for the first dedicated electric bus network in Africa in Dakar with Fonsis, the Paris-based Meridiam fund is working on completing the contract signed a few days ago with the State and the delegating authority, Conseil Exécutif des Transports Urbains de Dakar (Cetud).
