The operation, unprecedented in its nature and scale, was the first listing of a Moroccan group on Nasdaq. Forafric flour mills was controlled by businessman Yariv Elbaz, from a Sephardic Moroccan family and active in many businesses, notably in Morocco, Gabon (with FIGS) and France.
