▪ After its merger with SPAC Globis Acquisition, Forafric, the milling group of businessman Yariv Elbaz, entered the New York market on 10 June.
The operation, unprecedented in its nature and scale, was the first listing of a Moroccan group on Nasdaq. Forafric flour mills was controlled by businessman Yariv Elbaz, from a Sephardic Moroccan family and active in many businesses, notably in Morocco, Gabon (with FIGS) and France.
