The letter, dated 23 June, calls for the cancellation of the Central Bank of Congo (BCC)‘s decision to place the Congolese subsidiary of Afriland First Group, based in Geneva, Switzerland, and owned by Cameroonian businessman Paul Kammogne Fokam, under provisional administration.
