The trio comprises the London-based firm IN-VR, co-directed by Chryssa Tsouraki and Stelios Papagrigoriou, which assists governments in attracting investors, the Lebanese firm Beyond and the Mauritanian Betacom. The consortium will receive $497,960 and has eight months to complete the contract.
