Hervé Balladur International (HBI) recently made a choice. The Provençal company, which has been active for some 30 years, has appointed Catherine Bourgais as director of the Africa region. The latter is the former VP regional director for North and West Africa of the giant CMA CGM, the world’s third-largest shipping company.
