“Barry Callebaut takes control of the equipment for producing the liquid compound used in the moulding lines to manufacture products for consumers and industrial clients. This is neither an acquisition nor an entry into the capital,” Hadrien Devichi, manager of Attelli and general manager of Cofrapex, told Africa Business+.
