The amount requested by Peter Lewis and Pankaj Kulshrestha, co-founders of Eastcastle Infrastructure, exceeds $200 million. These funds will be allocated to purchasing and constructing “build and suit” towers for DR Congo operators like Vodacom, Airtel, Orange and Africell.
