Madagascar: Serge Rajaobelina receives €20m EIB loan for Sahanala project

Sahanala, on the west coast of Madagascar, is about to receive a major boost from the European Investment Bank (EIB). The financial institution has just approved a €20 million loan for this integrated development project led by Serge Rajaobelina – a leading figure in Madagascar’s social economy – which has a total amount of €40 million over six years.
