According to our information, the Ouagadougou government has granted a sovereign guarantee of US$408.9 million to Mahamadou Bonkoungou’s International Business Bank Burkina for the financing of the acquisition of surveillance and attack drones from the Turkish company Raykar Makina Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi.
