Kasada seeks three MIGA guarantees for hotel projects in Côte d’Ivoire, Rwanda and Senegal worth $75m

The programme for the construction, acquisition and refurbishment of hotels in sub-Saharan Africa led by the Kasada Hospitality Fund (Kasada), the platform created with the support of the Accor Group and the Qatar Investment Authority, is on track.

It is supported by the World Bank‘s Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) facility, covering the equity and shareholder loan investments for Kasada Hospitality Fund (Kasada) against various risks for up to 15 years. The programme for the three new projects will be implemented through Mauritius-registered companies, Flamingo Kite ABJCondor KGL Ltd and Osprey DSS Ltd.
