British junior Savannah Energy‘s decision on 24 May to appoint its former subsidiary manager to head the Cameroon Oil Transportation Company (COTCo) “was annulled by the general meeting because it is impossible to be chairman and managing director of COTCo if you are not a director, according to the company’s articles of association”, Africa Business+ has learned from the Chadian side.
