Douala container terminal: risks of illegality, TIL and DP World still in the race
Will the tendering procedure for the concession at Douala container terminal from 1 January 2020 (two bidders still under consideration) have to be completely reviewed?

At the risk of illegality, the Port Authority of Douala (PAD) seems determined to go ahead with the tender it launched in early 2018 despite appeals filed by the current concession holder Douala international terminal (DIT). The subsidiary of Bolloré Ports and APM Terminals (Maersk group) has operated the terminal since 2005.
