Nicolas Terraz takes over at Total E&P Africa
The new boss of Total’s Exploration & Production branch has been settling in since his low-key appointment in July. He takes over from Guy Maurice, who has retired.

Managing Director of the Nigerian subsidiary since 2015, Nicolas Terraz, 50, has gained extensive knowledge of the continent since working as Vice President New Ventures and Asset Management for Total E&P from 2014 to 2015. During this time, he carefully examined opportunities for oil and gas operations in Africa, particularly in Angola.
