Mohamed Brigui (CIL) and Ahmed Abdelkefi (TLF) obtain €27 million from Proparco
This amount will help to finance over 2,000 SMEs in Tunisia and allows the French agency to play a greater role in the leasing sector.

The private-sector financing arm of the French development agency (Agence française de développement – AFD) granted two credit lines on 21 and 22 October to Tunisian leasing companies. The first, to Compagnie internationale de leasing (CIL), owned by Mohamed Brigui, for €12 million ($13.4m) and the second to Tunisie Leasing et Factoring (TLF), founded by Ahmed Abdelkefi, for €15 million ($16.7m).
