Faure Gnassingbé to meet Jack Ma in Lomé

After leaving Abuja, where he will meet Nigeria’s Vice-President, and before travelling to Accra for the final of the Africa Netpreneur Prize Initiative, Jack Ma will make a one-day stop-over in Lomé on 14 November. Togo’s widely publicised PR triumph is the result of a year’s work which began with the meeting between Togo’s President and the founder of Alibaba in Hangzhou, home of the Chinese e-commerce juggernaut, in September 2018.
