Jaccar Holdings was placed in a safeguard procedure by the Marseille commercial court on 28 October. The family business owned by Jacques de Chateauvieux, Jaccar is the parent company of Bourbon (52.5 % of the capital) and the Réunion and Seychelles-based fishing company Sapmer (90%).
