Edwin Macharia elected new Global Managing Partner at Dalberg
The Kenyan national and most recently the firm’s Regional Director for Africa has been elected for a three-year term.

Edwin Macharia joined Dalberg in 2008 as Managing Partner to set up the firm’s first office in East Africa, in Nairobi. Previously, he worked as a business analyst at McKinsey before serving as Global Director with the Clinton Foundation from 2003 to 2008 and sitting on Global Agenda Councils for the World Economic Forum to focus on African and risk issues.
