As predicted by Jeune Afrique Business+ last August, Avesoro Resources announced on 6 January the acquisition of all remaining shares – representing 2.1% – by Avesoro Jersey, the company’s majority shareholder owned by MNG, Mehmet Nazif Günal’s group of companies.
