Al Karama (Ynna Holding) seeks to cut costs with third bottling plant

The Chaabi family company is opening a new unit in the Rabat region to compete with big beverage companies like Castel, PepsiCo and even Coca-Cola.

The new bottled water plant will increase the total capacity of the Ynna Holding subsidiary to 150 million litres per year. Based in Kenitra, 40 km north-east of the capital Rabat, the third Eaux Minérales Al Karama bottling site targets the central region of the Moroccan kingdom, with a production capacity of around 40 million litres per year under the new Amane Gharb brand.
