Tony O. Elumelu promotes Owen Omogiafo to the helm of Transcorp
The woman who oversaw operations at the Nigerian businessman’s foundation now heads the industrial holding company. In addition to a new CEO, a fair share of newcomers are also being appointed to governing bodies.

Owen Omogiafo will assume her new duties on 25 March as CEO of the diversified Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc (Transcorp) group, over which Tony Elumelu took control in 2011 via his investment vehicle Heir Holdings.
