Moncef Belkhayat acquires Fater Morocco for $25 million
The Moroccan businessman and former minister continues to expand his group. On 14 February, Dislog Group took over the entire share capital of Fater Morocco, the country’s leading bleach manufacturer.

The transaction, which should be finalised as soon as the antitrust authority grants its approval, represents a $25 million investment for Moncef Belkhayat, according to a reliable source. Dislog was selected from among several bidders to take over Fater Morocco.
