According to our sources in Ouagadougou, the mining project that ended up in the hands of the Burkinabe state still has not found a buyer.

In early February at the Mining Indaba Conference, Oumarou Idani, Minister of Mining and Quarries, promoted the mining potential, including the famous Tambao manganese deposit, of a country that is still impacted by terrorist attacks.
