Bolloré Transport & Logistics has been working in Ethiopia since 2008 with Teodros Abraham and his company CLS Logistics, its exclusive agent in Ethiopia for freight, logistics and warehousing. The two partners have now decided to bolster their relationship by setting up a mixed company whose capital structure and amount have not been disclosed.
