Last September, the investment holding company Labat Africa, listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange for 21 years, announced its intention to acquire 70% of Knuckle Genetics, which specialises in the genetic selection of cannabis and the cultivation and stabilisation of strains for medical purposes.
