Yves Castanou, from regulator to head of Congo Telecom
The 48-year-old Congolese executive was appointed leader of the incumbent operator on 27 March at a cabinet meeting. He replaces his fellow countryman Akouala Akouala.

A graduate in business and administration from Reims Management School, Yves Castanou continued his studies at the Polytechnique de Montréal where he became an electrical engineer.
