The Mabrouk family gets ready to delist Fadhel Abdelkéfi’s Tunisie Valeurs from the stock exchange

A wake-up call on the Tunis Stock Exchange: BIAT (Mabrouk group), a majority shareholder of Tunisie Valeurs and the country’s leading bank, is considering, according to our sources, delisting its leading stock brokerage company, chaired by Fadhel Abdelkéfi, from the stock exchange.

According to Jeune Afrique Business+, negotiations are underway between BIAT, the Tunis Stock Exchange and Tunisia’s Financial Market Authority (Conseil du marché financier – CMF) and are expected to be concluded next week.
