Aradei Capital still interested in IPO

The ambition stated by the property company’s management and shareholders over the last few months remains unchanged. Aradei Capital will fare well on the stock market, but at the right time.

Despite the current crisis, Aradei Capital, headed by Nawfal Bendefa, does not seem to have been discouraged. Earlier this year, leaders at the commercial real estate company belonging to the Label’Vie group announced their intention to go public. And the idea is not completely off the table according to Zouhair Bennani, CEO of Label’Vie, Aradei Capital’s majority shareholder. So far, a date has not been confirmed, and even internally it is not yet a done deal. “We’ll see, depending on the state of the stock market,” explains the boss.
