CEVA Logistics (CMA CGM) acquires AMI Worldwide
According to a Jeune Afrique Business+ investigation, CEVA Logistics has completed, alongside two private Belgian shareholders – Vincent Hachez and Marc De Reymaeker – the purchase of AMI Worldwide, an international logistics company which enjoys a solid reputation in East Africa and Southern Africa.
