Tunisia: Majdi Chaabouni plans to buy Christine Confection from Moncef Rekik and Mohamed Tounsi
According to Jeune Afrique Business+ sources, textiles subcontractor Christine Confection is the subject of an employee buyout (EBO), with Majdi Chaabouni leading the charge.

Until now, Chaabouni was leading the company, which has some 3,000 employees, on behalf of its founders Moncef Rekik and Mohamed Tounsi.
