The junior, which is at the feasibility study stage, has been especially in the spotlight since the shutdown of production at Belaruskali, the world’s second largest exporter of potash, a prized part of the fertiliser industry.

The Belarusian crisis is reawakening market interest in potash producers, especially since the recent shutdown of local giant Belaruskali, whose employees have gone on strike. Belaruskali represents 20% of world supply with a total installed capacity of 100m tonnes for an annual demand of 67m tonnes.
