Cardinal Resources, headed by Archie Koimtsidis, Managing Director, has called on the services of two law firms. HopgoodGanim Lawyers, with a Resources & Energy department led by Jonathan Fulcher, Partner, is advising Cardinal from Brisbane. Bennett Jones LLP, a mining law firm, is based in Toronto, Canada. Sander A.J.R. Grieve leads the mining team at this practice, along with Linda Misetich Dann, Co-Head of the sector’s Corporate and M&A department.
