Tanga Resources enlists Andrew Pardey and Ashanti Capital to pick up pace in Côte d’Ivoire

The junior called on the financing specialist to raise A$7m (Australian dollars), shortly after the arrival of its new chairman, Andrew Pardey, former CEO of Centamin.

Seeking expert advice and refinancing were the priorities this month for the leadership team at Tanga Resources, the Africa-focused gold project developer listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. While the price of yellow metal remains at a historic high ($1,869/oz), the company has just raised A$7m (€4.2m) to take its Namibian and Ivorian assets to the next level.
