Satram EGCA not immune from bankruptcy despite new contracts
Long presented as a flagbearer for Morocco-Gabon cooperation, the oil company-focused marine transport and logistics services provider has been in receivership for over two and a half years. Added to this is a battle between certain employees and the management team, as well as a succession crisis since the 2015 death of founder Lahcen Jakhoukh.

Since 21 February 2018, at the request of employees, Satram EGCA, the Gabonese subsidiary of Moroccan transport company Satrammarine, has been in receivership with the Port-Gentil court of first instance.
