Pascal Agboyibor recruits private equity specialist Noro-Lanto Ravisy to ASAFO & Co in Paris

Pascal Agboyibor, the firm’s founder, continues to recruit in the French capital, noting that “interest in Africa remains strong, and investors are still looking for opportunities despite the global health situation.”

Noro-Lanto Ravisy graduated with a degree in tax and business law, and in insurance law, from France’s Aix-Marseille University. She is a specialist in M&A and international private equity (PE) transactions, advising family offices and investment fund managers in LBOs. She becomes the 11th partner at ASAFO & Co’s Paris office, following in the footsteps of Isabelle Rouche who joined from Gide over a month ago, as exclusively revealed by Jeune Afrique Business+ on 2 October.
