Dentons and DLA Piper advise on AFD deal with GuarantCo
In December, the Agence Francaise de Développment (AFD) granted €100 million in loans to the company attached to the PIDG Trust (Private Infrastructure Development Group).

The Dentons team, advising the AFD primarily, comprised Jean-Marc Allix, a partner in Paris, a graduate of Sciences-Po and a lawyer at Dentons since 2009. Alongside the former Andersen associate was Steeve Jaskierowicz, senior associate, a graduate of Columbia University and the Sorbonne, and worked with De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and then Orrick.
