Winning Consortium Simandou to decide who builds Transguinean Railway before end March

Winning Consortium Simandou (WCS) plans to start construction work on what has been called the Transguinean Railway as early as the second quarter of this year. Contracts, therefore, will be awarded before 31 March, according to our sources.
