This is the reason Consigny Monclin Bellour AARPI, the new firm that has taken up residence on Boulevard Malesherbes in Paris, will open an office in Dubai at the end of June. Nawel Bellour, formerly of Shearman & Sterling in the French capital, and of LPA-CGR in Algiers, will be in charge of the branch in the Gulf. He already spends a large part of his time, there according to Jeune Afrique Business+ sources.
